Edinburgh Fringe Festival

Now on to the main event of Scotland!!! Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

I had a new lens (Nikon 70-300) which I loved using to capture the street performances. This year I wanted to focus more on the street to capture the atmosphere of the Fringe.

I covered 21 street performances, 10 living statues and all the other stuff going on around the royal mile over 2 weeks. Safe to say I was shattered after!

Here are the highlights (very hard to narrow down!) but more will be on my Facebook page so make sure you go like!!!

Hello Edinburgh Fringe

So it has come around again Edinburgh Fringe and I am here with my camera! Basically whilst I’m here I plan to take millions of photos so I thought it would be nice to post a photo of the day throughout the 2 weeks I am here before sharing all the photographs I take and you can see what I am up to each day.

So yesterday Saturday the 3rd of August of course if you have seen my photography you will know I love to photograph living statues. Here is a lady I did photograph last year but I took her from a different perspective and loved the background!

Also yesterday I went to the Mary King’s Close tour where unfortunately I couldn’t take photos such an interesting place to visit although I did not appreciate the ghost story!
